" While I was waiting for my car to get done, I wanted to look up the list of services they offered to see what each service entails & WOW, I was not expecting all of these 1 star reviews. I am pretty surprised because the times I've been here, I can honestly say - nothing bad comes to mind.

They're super friendly - from the people that greet you when you pull up, the baristas at the coffee bar, the cashiers & the employees outside working on your car. 

While you wait for your car to get done, you can grab some coffee at Giancomo or find some knick knacks in their cute little gift-shop (I restrained myself from buying another candle because I don't, I repeat, - I. DONT. NEED. ANOTHER. CANDLE.) Alright, I digress.

Instead of waiting in the A/C like a sane person, I decided to torture myself in the lovely Modesto heat & wait under the tree outside. All the employees that walked by smiled & greeted me - again, super friendly!

Once your car is done - they wave their towels in the air & hold the door open for you when you get to your car.

As far as the quality, I've seen all the pictures that people have posted, complaining about missed spots but I can say, I didn't have that issue. My car looked great, inside and out. I will definitely be back & am looking into signing up for the monthly membership."
